ABOUT: Designed by our Creative Director, Lisa, for her own wedding, the Skye collection is a blend of the contemporary and all things minimalist with elegance, luxury and subtle soft feminine touches.
The save the date, with its colour palette of neutral whites and greys, features a graphical monogram letterpressed onto a thick cotton cardstock. Foliage sprigs separate the details to soften the look.
The wedding invitations are cast in a palette of soft grey-blue, pale peachy blush and muted tones, contrasting with rose gold and antique metallic and marble. The invitations are designed with luxury finishes and fancy papers aplenty (what else would you expect from a stationer!) but standard print options are also available for those with a more limited budget.
Making a feature of the gorgeous marbled paper, unique wallet envelopes hold the wedding invite, RSVP card and all the wedding details. Hand made entirely by paper folding, these luxurious wallets have 3 pocket slots and a fold-out illustrative map with venue directions. Once the items are inserted, they are neatly folded shut and sealed with a metallic rose-gold thread and embossed monogram sticker and placed into a heavyweight lined postage envelope.
The main invitation is printed on a luxury heavy cardstock – a whopping 1050gsm in this case (that’s very thick if you’re not a paper geek!) and then beautifully gilt-edged with a rose gold foil. The details cards, with their simplistic line drawing icons and the quirky fold out RSVP, are printed on uncoated cardstock.
Moving on to the stationery for the day itself, the paper folding theme continues! The order of service is an A5 folded booklet with a unique folded double pocket for both the ‘song sheet’ and ‘order of the day’ inserts as well as a cute mini pocket to fit a tissue just in case your guests shed happy tears!
The table plan was a unique creation but if you want to create your own you can buy the strung paper leaves with added calligraphy and mini table numbers. These can be used in the same way as above or hung from a tree, or frame/mirror or used as escort cards. We also offer these as placenames (minus the table number). Make sure you check the adorable option for mama with newborns too! Please enquire if you are interested in any of these items.
Personalised menus were also cleverly folded from paper – cute paper squares that tucked in on themselves and then popped out to make tactile little pieces to sit at each place-setting.
NB. We can edit the colours and wording to suit your wedding
